π¨ We are willing to change when the shoe size is not ok for the customer. But all changes will be done at the customer’s expense.
π¨ If the fault is ours we will bear the full cost of changing the shoes.
π¨ If the shoes ordered are not available before delivery, The customer can change to other designs or we can REFUND .
π¨NO REFUND after a successful delivery.
π¨ We only change shoes and their sizes, we don’t change Bags or Jewelry.
π¨ Please kindly note all Changes requested by customer after a successful delivery will be done at customer expense.
π¨Shoes cannot be changed after they have been worn or used.
π¨ Changes must be done within 7 working days immediately after delivery βΌοΈ
